Breakfast Power Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 14-12 cup frozen berries
- 12 cup rice milk
- 13 cup berry juice
- 12-1 cup light plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons linseeds (flaxseed)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon walnuts
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- Blend all together, and serve.
