Outback's Caesar Salad Dressing!
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp anchovy paste
- 2 garlic cloves (pressed)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp coarse ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes (crushed)
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
- Use electric mixer and beat for 30 seconds.
- Cover bowl and chill for several hours.
- Keep in fridge for a few weeks.
- Makes about 2 cups.
