Double Chocolate Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a loaf pan.
  3. Whisk together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat together with a fork the egg, vegetable oil, and yogurt.
  5. Add the yogurt mixture to the dry ingredients, along with the banana and chocolate chips.
  6. Mix until just incorporated and uniformly moistened.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-70 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
  9. Remove to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
