Vegetarian Dan Dan Noodles with Vegetarian Miso-Meat Sauce
- 200 ml Water
- 200 ml Soy milk
- 1 small clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 slice Ginger (minced)
- 1/2 tsp Kombu based dashi stock granules
- 2 tsp Sesame paste
- 2 tsp White miso
- 1 serving Cellophane noodles
- 1 Leafy vegetables (bok choy, etc)
- 1 tbsp Vegetarian Miso-Meat Sauce
- 1 Green onion or scallions
- Heat the ingredients on medium to create the soup.
- Once it's about to come to a boil, reduce to low heat and add the ingredients.
- Add the noodles and leafy green vegetables, then pour into a bowl.
- Top with the vegetarian miso-meat sauce and green onions and enjoy.
- Top with sesame oil and black pepper if desired.
