Chicken Puff Bake Recipe
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. Bisquick
- Dash pepper
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can chicken broth
- 2 c. diced chicken
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced water chestnuts (liquid removed)
- 1 (2 ounce.) jar pimentos (liquid removed and diced)
- 1 (10oz.) pkg. frzn French style green beans, thawed and liquid removed
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Grease baking pan 12 x7 1/2 x2.
- Heat butter in sauce pan over low heat until melted.
- Stir in Bisquick, salt, pepper till bubbly.
- Stir in lowfat milk and broth.
- Heat to boiling stirring continuously for 1 minute.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Make topping listed below.
- Serves 6.
