Easy & Gorgeous Lasagna
- 1 double the recipe amount
- 30 grams Butter
- 3 1/2 tbsp Plain flour
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 dash Salt
- 9 sheets Lasagna pasta (match the size to the baking dish)
- 1 shredded, (as needed) Mozzarella Cheese (or any other cheese)
- Make the meat sauce from.
- Microwave the butter and flour for 2 minutes at 600 W. Gradually add in the milk while stirring to make the white sauce.
- Adjust the flavor with salt.
- Cook the lasagna pasta al dente.
- In the baking dish, layer the meat sauce, lasagna, white sauce and cheese, in that order.
- Repeat Step 3 two or three times, with the topmost layer being the meat sauce.
- Top with cheese and the layering is done.
- Bake for 20 minutes in a 200C oven and it's done!
- If it seems like it's going to burn, cover with aluminum foil!
