Bitter Chocolate Mounds Recipe
- 2 ounce. baking chocolate
- 1 ounce. semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 3 1/2 c. rice cereal
- Heat chocolate in heavy pan over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Add in the raisins and cereal; stir to coat.
- Drop by Tbsp.
- onto cookie sheet covered with waxed paper making 30 mounds.
- Refrigeratein refrigerator.
- Once chilled, these may be kept at room temperature.
- Yield: 30 pcs.
- Serving size: 2 pcs.
- Exchange: 1 fruit and 1 fat.
