Aunt Martha's Ginger Snaps Recipe

  1. Cream butter; add in sugar, and cream till smooth.
  2. Add in molasses.
  3. Sift flour with ginger, soda and salt.
  4. Add in to first mix.
  5. Form into balls the size of a small walnut.
  6. Place on greased cookie sheets.
  7. Flatten with the back of a Tbsp.. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 min.
  8. Makes about 6dozen.
