Cheesy Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Generously grease a 8x8 inch cake pan
  3. Mix flour and baking powder in medium bowl
  4. Add shredded cheese, coat with dry ingredients
  5. Stir in milk until completely moistened
  6. Drop large spoonfuls into greased pan.
  7. Pour melted butter on top of biscuits
  8. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  9. Makes about 6 biscuits
  10. Serve hot with breakfast or any meal.
  11. Also great on their own.
