Broccoli and Artichoke Casserole

  1. Spray 8 X 8 inch casserole with non-stick spray.
  2. Place artichoke hearts on the bottom.
  3. Cook broccoli and drain.
  4. Combine butter, cream cheese and lemon juice.
  5. Add broccoli to this mixture.
  6. Pour over artichokes and stir slightly.
  7. Top with bread crumbs if desired.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.), uncovered, for 25-30 minutes.
