sMINESTRONE STEW (A.B.C.)l
- 1 1/2 lb Beef stew meat (cubes)
- 1 medium onion,diced
- 1 (14.5oz)can vegetable broth
- 1 (28oz)can petite - cut tomatoes
- 1 tbsp dry parsley
- 1 tbsp dry basil
- 1 (15.5oz.)can garbanzo beans,drained
- 1 Shredded,cabbage(about 3 cups)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 cup Rotini
- 2 tbsp Romano cheese (optional)
- Combine beef,onion, broth, tomatoes, parsley, basil,beans,cabbage, salt,and pepper in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW about 8 hours or until beef is tender.
- Cook rotini according to package directions; drain and stir into contents of slow cooker.
- Spoon into soup bowls.
- Sprinkle with Romano cheese, if desired.
