Borscht Mold Recipe

• 1 (6 ounce.) strawberry Jello
• 1/2 c. boiling water
• 2 c. Beet Borscht (low cal) with liquid
• 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream (low fat)

1. Boil water and dissolve Jello.
2. Add in Jello to Borscht and mix.
3. Add in lowfat sour cream till dissolved and pour into mold.
