Creamy Grahams & Jam Cake
- 3/4 cup raspberry preserves
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- 9 whole graham crackers, broken in half (18 squares)
- Spread 1 tsp.
- each preserves and whipped topping onto each graham square.
- Stack squares, then stand on edge on serving platter to make a log.
- Mix remaining preserves and whipped topping; spread onto log until completely covered.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Cut log diagonally into 10 slices to serve.
- Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
