Seafood Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to package - drain, rinse and set aside to cool.
  2. Mix together pepper, onions, seafood with the cooled pasta and cooled peas so the crisp vegetables remain crisp.
  3. Prepare the dressing - whisking all the ingredients together and toss evenly into salad.
  4. Set aside to rest and blend the flavour together.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve cold.
