Quick meatballs

  1. Heat skilllet with rendered bacon fat enough to to have half inch cover pan
  2. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients by hand
  3. Separate into small balls and set aside
  4. Brown meatballs in hot bacon fat untill cooked all the way through spooning the grease over the balls as they cook
  5. Serve over noodles with spaghetti sauce

ground beef, italian bread crumbs, eggs, parmesan cheese, onion soup
