Pan Fried White Fish with Colorful Sauce
- 2 pieces White fish - Pacific cod, flounder, etc.
- 1/4 Red bell pepper
- 1/4 Yellow bell pepper
- 2 tbsp Celery
- 2 tbsp Onion
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp White wine
- 1 from 1/4 of a lemon Lemon juice
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Flour
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Cut the red and yellow bell peppers and celery into 8 mm dice.
- Chop up the onion coarsely.
- Put the cut up vegetables from Step 1 and the ingredients into a bowl, and microwave for 2 minutes at 600 W.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper, and dust it lightly with flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, and pan fry the fish over low heat until browned on both sides.
- Transfer the fish to serving plates, pour plenty of the sauce from Step 2 over them, and serve.
