Pan Fried White Fish with Colorful Sauce

  1. Cut the red and yellow bell peppers and celery into 8 mm dice.
  2. Chop up the onion coarsely.
  3. Put the cut up vegetables from Step 1 and the ingredients into a bowl, and microwave for 2 minutes at 600 W.
  4. Season the fish with salt and pepper, and dust it lightly with flour.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, and pan fry the fish over low heat until browned on both sides.
  6. Transfer the fish to serving plates, pour plenty of the sauce from Step 2 over them, and serve.
