Creamy Potato Casserole Recipe
- 1 (32 ounce.) bag frzn hash brown potatoes
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 4 ounce. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes, for topping
- Defrost potatoes.
- Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
- Combine all ingredients, except topping.
- Mix gently.
- Sprinkle corn flakes on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
