Cuban Special

• 1 ounce light rum
• 1/2 teaspoon curacao
• 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 3 or 4 ice cubes
• Stick pineapple
• Maraschino cherry

1. Combine all ingredients except the pineapple and cherry in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the fruit.
