Grilled Turkey and Avocado Quesadillas

  1. Preheat panini press or a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Lay down one tortilla and then layer grilled turkey, a few avocado slices, cheese and then the next tortilla and cook until golden and crispy on both sides, about 2 minutes a side.
  3. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  4. Serve with mango cucumber salsa.
