Sauteed Spinach with Garlic Recipe

  1. Rinse spinach in cold water.
  2. Spin or pat dry.
  3. In a large pot, heat olive oil and saute garlic on Med about 1 minute or until translucent.
  4. Add spinach, salt and pepper to pot and toss with garlic and oil.
  5. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Uncover th pot, turn heat to High, and cook for another minute, stirring until spinach is wilted.
  7. Using a slotted spoon or spatula, lift the spinach into a serving bowl and squeeze lemon over.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  9. Serve immediately.
