Apple Chips
- 2 whole Large Red Apples
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

- Preheat your oven to 200 F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- 2.
- Using a sharp knife, thinly slice your apples cutting straight through the core.
- (They need to be cut thinly or it will take longer for the apples to bake.)
- 3.
- In a bowl toss together your nutmeg, sugar and cinnamon.
- Place your apple slices one at a time in with your sugar and spice blend and flip to coat both sides.
- 4.
- Place your apples on your prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at 200 F for 2 hours.
- Flip them over after the first hour.
- Cool and enjoy.
