Apple Chips

  2. Preheat your oven to 200 F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

  4. Using a sharp knife, thinly slice your apples cutting straight through the core.
  5. (They need to be cut thinly or it will take longer for the apples to bake.)
  6. 3.
  7. In a bowl toss together your nutmeg, sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Place your apple slices one at a time in with your sugar and spice blend and flip to coat both sides.
  9. 4.
  10. Place your apples on your prepared baking sheet.
  11. Bake at 200 F for 2 hours.
  12. Flip them over after the first hour.
  13. Cool and enjoy.
