- 1 roughly 300 grams Firm tofu
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 1 Fresh parsley
- 1 Katakuriko (or flour)
- 1/2 cube Consomme bouillon
- Roughly break up the firm tofu, lightly blanch it, and drain in a sieve.
- If using canned tuna in water, drain the water.
- If using canned tuna in oil, drain the oil.
- Combine the tofu and tuna along with the finely broken bouillon cube, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Add the katakuriko (or flour) to desired thickness.
- The fritters will fall apart when fried if there's not enough katakuriko.
- Mix in parsley if you have some.
- Drop into a frying pan with a spoon and fry until light brown.
- It's delicious just like this but you could also add ketchup or mustard to taste.
