Whipped JELL-O Jars

  1. Add 3/4 cup boiling water to 1 pkg.
  2. gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  3. until completely dissolved.
  4. Add enough ice to 1/2 cup cold water to measure 1 cup.
  5. Add to dissolved gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
  6. Remove any unmelted ice.
  7. Refrigerate 30 min.
  8. or until thickened but not set.
  9. Beat with mixer on high speed 2 min.
  10. or until about doubled in volume.
  11. Spoon into 12 (8-oz.)
  12. jelly jars.
  13. Repeat with each remaining gelatin flavor to make a total of 4 layers, refrigerating after each layer as directed.
  14. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
