Quick & Easy Matzo Balls

  1. Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover.
  2. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. Shape evenly into 18 balls, each about 1 inch in diameter, using moistened hands.
  4. Add to large pot of boiling salted water; cover.
  5. Cook 30 min.
  6. or until matzo balls are cooked through; drain.
