Layered Tortilla Bake

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  3. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well.
  4. Arrange 2 tortillas in single layer on bottom of each of 2 (8-inch square) baking dishes; layer each casserole using 1/4 each of the meat mixture, sour cream and cheese.
  5. Repeat all layers.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Freeze 1 casserole up to 3 months.
  8. Bake remaining casserole, covered, 30 min.
  9. Remove foil.
  10. Bake 10 min.
  11. or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted.
  12. Let stand 5 min.
  13. before cutting to serve.
