Layered Tortilla Bake
- 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cups red salsa
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 8 flour tortillas (9 inch)
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
- Add next 4 ingredients; mix well.
- Arrange 2 tortillas in single layer on bottom of each of 2 (8-inch square) baking dishes; layer each casserole using 1/4 each of the meat mixture, sour cream and cheese.
- Repeat all layers.
- Cover with foil.
- Freeze 1 casserole up to 3 months.
- Bake remaining casserole, covered, 30 min.
- Remove foil.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted.
- Let stand 5 min.
- before cutting to serve.
