Lime Jello, Grandma Stoddard's

  1. Disolve jello in hot water.
  2. Add pear juice, salt & lemon juice.
  3. Refrigerate until partially set.
  4. Beat in softened cream cheese slowly with wire whip.
  5. Add ginger & mix.
  6. Fold in pear pieces last.
  7. Pour into 9 x 12 pan and refrigerate.
