Italian Style Meat Loaf

  1. Combine soup and water in a small saucepan.
  2. Spread 1/4 cup mixture over base of loaf pan; set remainder aside.
  3. Combine beef, rolled oats, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce and egg in large bowl.
  4. Press mixture into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 -inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake in preheated 350F oven until beef is cooked through - 50 minutes to 1 hour; let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Heat reserved soup mixture to boil, stirring often,.
  7. Simmer 2 minutes and spoon over meat loaf slices.
