Brasilian pancakes
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cup flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 500 grams groud meat
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 cup fresh sliced pasley
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Dough mix all liquid ingredients, and after the others.
- blend it.
- in a pan, put 1 tbsp of oil, and spread it in all the pan.
- let it take hot, and put one ladle of dough.
- Strew the dough in all pan, making a thin flake.
- let it cook in one side end after the other.
- (the first pancake will stick a little bit, it's normal.
- make the second and you'll see a good one!)
- Stuffing: In a pan, put olive oil, sliced onions, and let it saute for a few minutes.
- Add meat, and cook until it's dry.
- Add parsley, salt and pepper.
- Let it get cool.
- Take one dough, put 2 tbsp of stuffing, in the meadle.
- roll it and put in a dish.

- you can make tomatoes sauce, bechamel sauce (white), or both.
- Grated Parmesan cheese.Put on the top, and grill in the oven.
