Bread Filling Recipe
- 2 loaves bread, cubed
- 1 stick butter
- Celery to taste
- Onions, to taste
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- 6 c. boiling water
- Parsley flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Place cubed bread in bowl.
- Heat butter in frying pan and cook onions and celery till soft.
- Add in to bread cubes.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
- Add in to bread mix.
- Stir in parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
- Place bread filling in greased baking dish.
- Bake at 275 degrees for 1-2 hrs.
