- 3 tablespoons shea butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa butter
- 3 tablespoons baking soda
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot or 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 vitamin E gel caps
- 10 -20 drops essential oils

- Add the baking soda and arrowroot or cornstarch.
- Puncture the vitamin E gel caps and squeeze the oil into the mixture.
- Give it a good stir.
- When liquefied, remove from the heat and pour into a 1/4 pint jar.
- Stir in the essential oils.
- Place in fridge for at least a few hours until solid.
- Take it out and let it come to room temperature.
- Do not store in fridge (vitamin E is a natural preservative).
- The texture should be between a firm cream and a soft solid.
- To use, scoop out a pea-size amount with your fingers and apply to your armpit.
- A slightly wet armpit makes it easier to spread.
- Makes enough for three odor-free months.
