Kielbasa and Sauerkraut Medley

  1. Heat nonstick 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add kielbasa and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until golden, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add potatoes, carrots, sauerkraut, apples, and 1/3 cup water; heat to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 18 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
