Overnight Oatmeal
- 1/3 cup Rolled oats
- 3/4 cup Almond milk
- 1/2 Over ripe banana
- 1/4 cup Berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc. )
- 1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 1 Honey
- In a small jar, combine banana, berries, and almond milk.
- Mash together with a fork.
- Add remaining ingredients to jar and refrigerate overnight.
