The Devil's Shrimp

  1. Liquify sauce ingredients in a blender.
  2. Bring the sauce to a boil in a small pot and reduce heat.
  3. In a large pan bring oil to medium high and add chopped onions.
  4. Once onions are soft, add the peppers and mushrooms.
  5. After the peppers are 2/3 cooked, add the sauce, shrimp and cilantro.
  6. Cook until the shrimp are just done.
