Crock Pot BBQ Pork

  1. Put the pork loin in a large crock pot.
  2. Add beer and Italian dressing.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours or until it starts to fall apart, turning occasionally.
  4. When finished cooking, drain off juices.
  5. Shred pork with a fork.
  6. Add BBQ & Teriyaki Sauce.
  7. Stir well.
  8. Continue to cook on low for another hour or until completed heated.
  9. Add more BBQ or Teriyaki to taste.
  10. Serve on buns with pepper jack cheese.
