Coconut-Orange Delight Shake

• 1 pint vanilla ice cream (good quality)
• 12 cup cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
• 12 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate
• 1 12 teaspoons grated orange rind

1. Process all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency, stopping to scrape down the sides.
2. Serve immediately.
