Baked Parmesan Meatballs
- 1 lb. lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 cups CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 3/4 lb. spaghetti
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix meat, cheese, parsley, egg and garlic just until blended; shape into 18 meatballs.
- Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 15 min.
- Pour sauce over meatballs; bake 10 min.
- or until meatballs are done (160 degrees F) and sauce is heated through.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Serve spaghetti topped with meatballs and sauce.
