Texas Taco Dip

• 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans jalapeno bean dip
• 3 medium avocados
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
• 1 large bunch green onions, chopped (tops included)
• 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
• 1 can black olives, chopped
• 8 oz. mild or medium Cheddar cheese, shredded

1. Spread jalapeno bean dip in 3-quart oblong glass dish.
2. Mash avocados and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Spread over jalapeno dip.
4. Combine sour cream with mayonnaise and taco seasoning and spread over avocado layer, then add on the following over chopped green onions seeded and pulp, chopped tomatoes, chopped olives and shredded cheese.
5. Dip can be divided in 2 (1 1/2-quart) oblong glass dishes.
