Caramel Walnut Cake

  1. Preheat oven 375
  2. Cream butter and sugar
  3. Add two eggs one at a time until mixed well.
  4. Combine flour and baking powder, mix with egg mixture.
  5. Stir in milk.
  6. Separate 1/3 of batter set aside.
  7. Butter and flour Bundt or Cake pan.
  8. Spread walnuts on bottom of pan.
  9. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on walnuts.
  10. Mix 1/3 of cake batter with one egg, remaining brown sugar, 1 tablespoon milk.
  11. Mix well pour in pan on top of walnuts.
  12. Sprinkle raw sugar crystals on batter.
  13. Then top with remaining batter.
  14. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until inserted tooth pick comes out clean.
  15. Top with caramel glaze.
  16. Serve warm.
