Beef Strogonoff Recipe

  1. Cut meat into thin strips and fry in butter and oil till browned.
  2. Remove meat from fat and fry onion.
  3. Add in stock vinegar seasoning mushrooms meat and brandy.
  4. Simmer till meat is tender approximately 10 to 15 min.
  5. Add in cream just before serving and garnish with parsley.
  6. Serve with rice and green vegetables.
  7. Serves 4
