Beef Strogonoff Recipe
- 448 gm beef fillet
- 28 gm butter
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 x onion finely minced
- 3 Tbsp. beef stock
- 1 Tbsp. malt vinegar seasoning
- 168 gm button mushrooms finely sliced
- 125 ml soured cream fresh parsley finely minced
- Cut meat into thin strips and fry in butter and oil till browned.
- Remove meat from fat and fry onion.
- Add in stock vinegar seasoning mushrooms meat and brandy.
- Simmer till meat is tender approximately 10 to 15 min.
- Add in cream just before serving and garnish with parsley.
- Serve with rice and green vegetables.
- Serves 4
