Roasted Red Pepper Cheesy Grill

  1. Place 2 Manchego Singles on each of 2 bread slices; top evenly with peppers and oregano.
  2. Cover with remaining bread slices.
  3. Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter.
  4. Cook in large skillet on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
