oven roasted Boston butt pork roast
- 6 1/2 lb Boston butt roast
- 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin seed
- 4 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Michiu rice wine
- 1 3/4 cup Naranja Agria
- 1 large onion quartered
- 1 1/2 lb carrots peeled and washed
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 quart water
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp finely ground mustard powder
- preheat oven 375F Fahrenheit peel wash carrots lay on bottom of roaster
- add onion put a quarter on each corner put roast in fat side up add all liquids add spices cover with foil and back 3 and a half hours
