Blackberry Herb Filet Mignon

  1. in a ziploc bag add all ingrients except butter.
  2. marinate 6-8 hours.
  3. remove bag 30 minutes before cooking.
  4. melt butter in heavy bottom skillet.
  5. sear steaks until desired doneness.
  6. 5 minutes each side for rare, 10 minutes each side for well done.
