Beef Taco Skillet
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Tomato Soup
- 1 cup Chunky Salsa
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 18 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/2 cups Water
- 6 whole 6 Inch Flour Tortillas
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Cook beef in a skillet until well browned.
- Drain off any excess fat.
- Stir in the soup, salsa, hot sauce, cumin, water and tortillas that have been cut into 1-inch strips.
- Heat to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and cook for 510 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with cheese and cover until cheese melts.
