Beef Taco Skillet

  1. Cook beef in a skillet until well browned.
  2. Drain off any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the soup, salsa, hot sauce, cumin, water and tortillas that have been cut into 1-inch strips.
  4. Heat to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low and cook for 510 minutes.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Top with cheese and cover until cheese melts.
