Chocolate Graham Drops

  1. In a food processor, pulse together graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup powdered sugar, pecans, chocolate chips and 2 tbsp cocoa powder until nuts and chips are finely ground.
  2. Add butter, corn syrup, vanilla and 1 1/2 teaspoons water.
  3. Pulse to blend well.
  4. Form into 1 inch balls.
  5. In a shallow bowl, blend remaining 1 tablespoon each cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
  6. Roll balls in cocoa sugar to coat lightly.
  7. Refrigerate 20 minutes, until firm.
