Brie Amandine

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place cheese on lightly greased rack of broiler pan.
  3. Broil, 6 inches from heat source, 8 to 10 min.
  4. or until cheese is softened.
  5. Meanwhile, place mustard, margarine, sherry and preserves in small saucepan.
  6. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 1 min.
  8. Place cheese on serving platter.
  9. Spoon mustard mixture evenly over cheese; sprinkle with almonds.
  10. Serve with the crackers.
