Vegan turmeric cake
- 2 cup fine semolina
- 3 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 water
- 2 tbsp anise powder. Vanilla
- 3 tbsp turmeric
- Mix all ingredients together with a wooden spoon.
- The quantity of water depends on the type of flour and semolina.
- So around a cup or more.
- The batter should be soft and sticky.
- (Not watery).
- Line a cake mold with parchement paper and put the batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven 350F until the cake is dry from the inside and outside.
