Easy Gormet Fish Recipe pattycpatty
- 1 lb firm white fish such as cod or hallibut.
- 1 shallott chopped
- 2 tbs butter
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup white wine
- capers
- heavy cream
- parsley
- dill
- Sautee shallots a little butter until transparent.
- Add fish, salt and pepper and cook until almost done.
- Remove fish from pan.
- Add rest of butter, capers and white wine to pan and stir.
- Cook two more minutes.
- Add cream to the pan and heat.
- Add fish back to the pan and parsley and dill.and heat through.
- Add lemon juice,
