Grilled Tilapia Tacos
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
- 4 small tilapia fillets (1 lb./450 g)
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 8 small whole wheat tortillas
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup canned no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
- 1 tomato, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
- Pour tomato dressing over fish in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of each fillet.
- Refrigerate 20 min.
- to marinate.
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill fish 6 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning after 4 min.
- Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip and salsa until well blended.
- Cut each fish fillet in half.
- Cover tortillas with lettuce, beans, tomatoes and onions; top with salsa mixture and fish.
