Chicken Bacon Beef Dish Recipe
- 4-5 deboned chicken breasts
- 4 ounce. dry beef
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 2-3 slices bacon
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
- Wrap each deboned chicken breast with 1/2 slice bacon.
- Layer dry beef on bottom of casserole.
- Place wrapped chicken to top.
- In bowl mix mushroom soup, lowfat sour cream and mushrooms.
- Pour over chicken and bake at 275 degrees for 3 hrs, uncovered.
