Easy Karo Pecan Pie
- 3 large eggs slightly beaten
- 1 cup corn syrup, white (karo) light
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons margarine melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
- 1 x pie shell (9 inch) unbaked
- In a large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until well blended.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake in 350F (180C) oven 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
- Cool.
